1st International Library Staff Training Week
Librarians from Turkey, Spain, France, Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Croatia for a week of training at LIUC, from 13 to 17 May 2024.
13 participants took part in this Erasmus+ programme meant for university staff involving them in job shadowing, training and learning.
LIUC’s Mario Rostoni Library, shared with participants technologies, processes and ways in which the University Library is managed.
Visits were also organized in Milan at the Ambrosian National Library and at the Braidense Library and in Como at the “Paolo Borsellino” Library. This gave them also the opportunity to “taste” the cities of Milan and Como.
It was a week of international and constructive confrontation and a way to increase collaboration with universities which gave LIUC the opportunity to continue its internationalization process.
